The Academy has invested significantly in both recruiting and training the best people from the industry, ensuring the continued planned expansion of YESSS. Staff are trained on all aspects of the business, from telephone skills, to providing the best service levels in the industry. I.T. systems training as well as in-depth product knowledge is also provided. Every member of the team has an individual training programme, reviewed and monitored by an in-house training manager to ensure staff are continually developing.
